What is MyScribe?

MyScribe is an AI writing service for personal notes, letters, and professional messages. Choose a tone and describe what you want to include. You can preview the opening for free, then pay once for the full draft.

How is this different from other writing tools?

MyScribe guides you through a short form, so you don’t need to write instructions for a chatbot. There is no account or subscription, and you can read the opening before deciding to buy the full message.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your card details are handled securely by Stripe, and we never see or store them.

Do you offer refunds?

Purchases are generally final because each full draft is generated for your order, except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. If something goes wrong, email support@myscribe.net with your receipt or payment reference and we will help resolve it. See our Terms of Service.

Can I choose the tone and message type?

Yes. Choose a message type, tone, and language. You can also add names and optional preferences to guide the draft.

How is my data handled?

MyScribe does not save your drafts or messages to a database or permanent message history. Our AI provider processes your details to write your message. Stripe handles payment, and SendGrid delivers your purchased message by email. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use MyScribe for work?

Yes. You can use it for professional emails, letters, and proposals, as well as personal notes.

Can I edit the message after it is generated?

Yes. Copy the completed message into your email or another writing app and edit it there. Each purchase includes one full draft; it does not include additional generated versions. Before paying, you can revise your details and request another opening preview.
